It is true, so they'll know how the TXSU fans felt last year.  This time 5 months ago I would've thought that having them out would be a cake walk for our guys to take the 'ship .... well not anymore lol.

The only way for this year's squad to redeem themselves is to win the tourney, the regular season doesn't even matter anymore.
 
They're currently banned for postseason play in all sports, pending an NCAA investigation into the academic progress rates of student-athletes.:

Yes unfortunately because of low APR scores the school as stated before this will seriously hurt them in the area of recruiting especially in track the class of '11 looked very promising in terms of talent.

Who will now challenge TSU for the SWAC crown and a trip to the NCAA basketball championships???

I think Mississippi Valley St will surprise everyone and play the TSU gang for the whole ball of wax!!!!

Miller went out with a good effort on offense for SU scoring 27 pts something he should have been doing at the beginnning of this season.

Big game for pride AND determination of 2nd/3rd place in the SWAC against Southern on Saturday.

Grambling gave Alabama St a scare yesterday and I'm hoping JSU finishes them off!

Shocking win for Grambling over JSU and now that Southern is out you guys should have easy access to title unless Alabama A&M or PVAM pulls upset.

No big deal Coach Brent said he is only one of the top rebounders in D1 college hoops his scoring might have put JSU over the top!!!! I agree you guys better not take anyone lightly over in the MEAC some of the top seeds have fallen by the wayside  Coppin St knocked off Hampton the#2 seed Howard beat A&T Norfolk St barely got by Savannah St 57-47.My school NCCU blew out Howard 92-46 but should on it's p's and q's from now on anything could happen.
