HOUSTON- The Texas Southern Lady Tigers soccer dropped a 2-0 decision to Stephen F. Austin in what was TSU's home opener.
SFA jumped out to a 1-0 advantage early in the first half before adding an additional goal in the second half.
Alexis Robles and Salma Ghazal each played 45 minutes inside the net. Robles was able to tally one save while Ghazal tallied a total of two.
Stephen F. Austin registered 10 shots while the Lady Tigers tallied a total of three shots.
Texas Southern returns to the pitch on Sunday, September 9 when they host North Texas at Durley Stadium.
