HOUSTON- The Texas Southern Lady Tigers Soccer team and coaching staff has started preparations for the upcoming season.
Under the direction of head coach Kathryn Balogun the Lady Tigers are eager to get the season officially underway.
"The team has really been working hard out here at practice and also during the offseason," said Balogun. "We've been preaching attention to detail and everyone has come in with a really good attitude."
Texas Southern will play its first regular season match on Friday, August 17th at UT-Rio Grande Valley.
The Lady Tigers will host their first home match of the 2018 campaign on Friday, August 31st versus Stephen F. Austin at Alexander Durley Stadium.
